The staff are superb, friendly and full of positive energy. The location is excellent, in one of the oldest and most beautiful streets in Belgrade. The facilities are cleaned daily and rooms are spacious and comfy. The hostel organizes a must-try free walking tour with a knowledgeable guide.

We had an amazing time at Balkan Soul! the atmosphere was incredibly social and friendly, especially in the soul room. the beds were comfortable and our roommates were great. the location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. We didn't even need to carry our bags around! the common room was a highlight, allowing us to meet and have fun with fellow guests without disturbing those who wanted a quieter time. the owner was also one of the best hostel managers we've ever encountered. Truly a wonderful experience!

I got great value for my money at Balkan Soul. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect - close to the center and not too far from the bus station. The staff treated me with friendliness and warmth throughout my stay.

I had a fantastic stay at a great hostel in a perfect location. the staff at Balkan Soul were incredibly helpful and provided useful information on exploring the town and nearby cities. the rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were kept clean. the atmosphere at the hostel was laid-back and fun, and it was easy to make friends with other travelers. the common room had guitars and a screen for entertainment. the location was convenient, close to Knez Mihailova street, Kalemegdan fortress, and public transportation options. it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back. The staff at the hostel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. the rooms were equipped with efficient air conditioning and comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. the location of the hostel was convenient, being close to the bus and train stations as well as the main city area. there were plenty of cool bars and clubs nearby, yet the hostel itself was situated in a quiet part of the neighborhood.

There were a few areas that could use improvement. the lack of curtains on the beds was a drawback, as it affected privacy.
